Business Senior Technical Lead

• Lead integration of functions with understanding of client core business functions
• Partner with multiple senior management teams to meet goals and deploy new products and process enhancements
• Solve highest-impact, highest-profile problems with significant business impact
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as technical expert
• Conduct management activities including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching
• Assess risk when business decisions are made
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• Extensive experience managing large-scale global projects within Futures and OTC Clearing product domain
• Expertise in ETD trade processing and lifecycle workflows
• Deep knowledge of ETD Fees, Commissions, and Brokerage domain with hands-on experience with FIA systems
• Practical working knowledge of FIS GMI and ION XTP with specialization in reference data landscape
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Excel and Python
• Extensive exposure to structured project management techniques (Agile and Waterfall)
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical projects
• Strong technical background with expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and stakeholder management
• Skilled in identifying issues, generating solutions using root cause analysis and cost-benefit evaluation
• Advanced proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and productivity tools
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
