Job Description:

As a BSM Seller, you will be responsible for driving Microsoft Store growth through new SMB, SMCC and Enterprise customer acquisition by adding and activating new Surface customers and increasing the average deal size.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Microsoft Store growth through new SMB, SMCC and Enterprise customer acquisition
  • Add and activate new Surface customers
  • Increase the average deal size
  • Work in a sales role and hunt for new customers
  • Pitch and cross-sell Surface and support Microsoft sales teams
  • Be the subject matter expert for the end-to-end Surface customer journey
  • Attend Microsoft trainings and complete all Surface Expert Zone trainings
  • Build and execute on a plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Implement a Rhythm of Business with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify customer opportunities and co-selling offers
  • Evangelize the product and drive awareness of programs, campaigns and offers
  • Develop and execute a new customer acquisition sales plan
  • Develop business sales plans for Microsoft Store
  • Operationalize leads and optimize sales process and P2P
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Utilise promotions and OFT's to get customer to purchase
  • Tag opportunities within MSX, report on conversion and share insights and feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB, SMCC and Enterprise segment, preferably in the IT industry and hardware sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to hunt and land sales pipeline
  • Be a native German speaker with professional proficiency in English, or speak fluent German and English
