Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from businesses interested in our lead generation services and converting those opportunities into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and experienced in guiding prospects through the sales process. You will play a key role in driving company revenue by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing new business opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and web leads
Qualify prospective businesses and identify their marketing and lead generation needs
Educate prospects on ResultCalls’ services, pricing, and value proposition
Conduct sales calls and presentations to convert inbound leads into active accounts
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documentation
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

What we offer:
Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 annually
Commission structure (estimated $20,000 annually)
