Job Description

Role Purpose: Actively contributing to business sales and revenue targets through effective engagement with clients, prospecting and collaborating with sales team. Job Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Actively engage with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored to drive successful sales. Contribute to the growth and health of the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfactions and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross selling. Actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and skill development to enhance sales capabilities. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills for effective client’s engagement and collaboration within sales team
  • Customer – centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong clients’ relationships
  • Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities relevant to the products or services offered
  • Previous experience in sales roles, demonstrating an ability to achieve individual targets and contribute to team success
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • A very good command of written and spoken English is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field
  • Competition of relevant sales training programs or certifications
