Job Description:

Join BT as a Business Sales Advisor. Sales opportunities are initiated by either an inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of a specific campaign and in accordance with business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition and retention of UK SME customers
  • Answer, and respond to, customer enquiries efficiently, effectively and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Customer focused – the ability to understand the importance of customer acquisition and deliver customer satisfaction targets
  • Creative in approach to generating revenue

  • Contributing to positive patient experiences showing empathy and genuine care: creating heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
  • keeping patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
  • and demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
  • Offering to counsel, fielding medical questions, and soliciting information on a patient’s medical history to provide optimal care, when appropriate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
