Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementing key processes and establishing governance around Engagement Coordination and Issue Remediation, contributing to Citi Client's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Support and advise Client stakeholders in the creation, drafting and qualitative pre-validation of observations
Facilitate Issue Management engagement throughout the lifecycle of remediating high severity issues
Act as a key resource for Client teams’ issue owners to advise and support on effective design and implementation of key controls
Partner with colleagues to ensure remediation design and implementation is effectively project managed
Design, execute and report to issue owners and Client senior management on the effectiveness of control remediations
Establish a solid network of key stakeholders in control functions for effective collaboration.

Requirements:

7+ years relevant experience in risk, compliance, audit, or related control functions
Project management skills and excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills
Excellent analytical skills when it comes to problem-solving
Ability to ‘connect the dots’ by identifying issue inter-dependencies
Experience in working with various risk and control systems and reporting requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions
Self-motivated, highly adaptive, detail oriented
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners
Bachelor’s/University degree or professional qualifications.
