Job Responsibility:

  • Promote risk management in the unit, informing and sharing expertise in order to develop risk-aware decision taking in relation to unit goals and unit business plan
  • Support co-workers, by providing expertise, in acting in accordance with Ingka Risk & Compliance Rules and Local legislation on Health Safety and Security to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
  • Promote and ensure completion of trainings needed and facilitate for unit employees
  • Support a Risk & Compliance culture by utilizing systems to detect, analyze and reduce business loss and financial impact
  • Ensure the reporting of relevant figures for co-workers, customer and visitor incidents to establish progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Health and Safety and Security sector and/or Safety and Security experience within a Retail environment
  • Knowledgeable of relevant safety standards and regulations, security processes, tools and working methods
  • Energized by the implementation of safeguards that bring value to the business and protect the financial and moral position
  • Can ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation
  • Know how to conduct a risk assessment and implement the hierarchy of controls
  • Good communication and documentation skills in dealings with various levels of management
  • Think and work in a risk-based way (i.e. Evaluate trade-offs between potential costs and benefits and acts accordingly)
  • Good analytical and numerical skills

  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with all accrediting and regulatory bodies for the Medicaid Segment to include NCQA, URAC, CMS and AHCCCS
  • Works collaboratively with the broader AZ Blue accreditation and quality teams to support reaccreditation and jointly operated health plans
  • Works collaboratively in a matrixed relationship with compliance and legal to insure all regulatory, compliance and legal requirements are met by the Medicaid Segment
  • Facilities and drives the completion of work requirements of all departments accountable for accreditation deliverables for the Medicaid Segment under the authority of the Medicaid Segments Chief Medical Officer and the entire Medicaid Segment’s leadership team
  • Develop and implement an Accreditation Program to include organization wide training and preparation for accreditation surveys, and ongoing readiness activities
  • Coordinate and oversee regulatory activities to ensure integration and cohesion throughout accredited divisions
  • Act as resource to staff and other departments in the area of accreditation and quality improvement
  • Coordinate and submit applications, attestations, and required accreditation documents to the accrediting body and CMS
