Business Relationship Support Specialist

• Be accountable for the support of a portfolio of Corporate customers
• complete the client Due Diligence onboarding process and manage concurrent tight timelines and client expectations
• complete the Periodic Due Diligence review of clients ensuring timely completion from a regulatory perspective
• oversee booking process for credit facilities and ensure associated regulatory processes are met
• maintain a system capturing client contractual and internal credit requirements
• build strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Analysts, peers and stakeholders
• develop expertise in relevant policies, procedures, and controls to ensure risk mitigation.

• Experience in Business Relationship Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• familiarity and experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• strong organisational skills with an ability to multi-task on concurrent asks and prioritise asks accordingly
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding team environment
• resourceful and resilient when faced with challenges, strong ability to problem solve
• strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster strong relationships.
