Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Merchant Services to provide customer service and support for internal and external customers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide customer service and support for internal and external customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries through email
Take ownership of cases and follow up on open escalations
Oversee overall customer experience
Handle customer issues
Help with customer associated risk management
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact in partnership with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Customer service experience
Knowledge and understanding of financial services or call center environment
Web Browser and Technical Application Troubleshooting Experience
Problem solving and analysis skills

Nice to have:
