Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. This role is in an Inbound Call Center Environment where 100% of the day is spent on the phone servicing treasury management products and services for clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Service treasury management products and services
  • Identify and resolve client issues, acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers
  • Identify trends through client interactions
  • Identify exceptions and suggest products, procedures or services that will assist in streamlining the clients' interactions
  • Train clients on products and services to ensure optimal delivery and meet implementation needs
  • Perform post implementation product usage and customer billing reviews
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
  • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills
  • Financial Services experience
  • Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
  • Customer service experience with Wells Fargo channels Contact Center, Digital or Store
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
