Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world. Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate to join the Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support for a suite of commercial bankcard applications, comprised of purchasing card issuing, card holder limits/entitlements, transaction management, commercial card expense reporting (domestic and international), expense receipt imaging, accounts payable merchant automation, and internal ledger posting/straight through processing of categorized card expenses
  • Provide advanced level of technical support for application network connectivity, internet browser troubleshooting/display issues, and transactional inconsistencies
  • Provide technical support for mobile devices, including mobile website and native applications within iOS and Android environments
  • Provide supporting documentation, including exact steps and technical configuration, for any defects identified. Ensure defects are resolved through partnership with application developers within Service Level agreements and document resolution
  • Provide both phone and offline support for routine technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases and/or technical products and services. Using various applications to troubleshoot and restore customer product functionality
  • Provide technical resolution through end-user environment configuration, enrollment correction/clarification, LAN configuration, or other technical consultation. Accountable to provide technical support for all standard applications and shared technical framework supported by department
  • Be responsible for supervision and notification of production issues, often involving triage with internal technology operations team, external vendors, and internal servicing groups
  • Act as a liaison between customer and internal parties for complex issues to coordinate satisfactory technical issue resolution
  • Alert clients and team members when a major/systemic problem is suspected and provides recommendations, alternatives, estimated resolution times, etc.
  • Coordinate application defect resolution on lower urgency issues with internal technology development and/or vendors with end-user/client

Requirements:

6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • 4 year college degree in business or technology related field
  • Advanced knowledge of internet/e-commerce Treasury Management products
  • Advanced knowledge of domestic and international Bank Card/Expense Reporting operations and systems and implementation
