Exciting Opportunity! Join Odevo as a Business Relationship Manager. Odevo continues to redefine residential property management through technology, innovation, and exceptional service. As we expand our digital capabilities across multiple Operating Companies (OpCos), we are strengthening the way IT partners with the business, and we are now looking for a motivated and relationship driven professional to join our UK IT Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning technology delivery with business needs, ensuring our OpCos have clear visibility, open communication, and seamless support as we transform the industry together.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary liaison between IT Operations, Product Support, Project Teams, and OpCos
Represent OpCo needs within IT, ensuring their feedback is clearly communicated and prioritised
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all OpCos
Facilitate regular engagement sessions and feedback loops
Translate business needs into actionable insights for IT and Product teams
Maintain tailored IT and product roadmaps for each OpCo, aligned to Odevo’s strategy
Monitor delivery progress and ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
Support change management and communication for IT initiatives
Identify and escalate risks affecting OpCo satisfaction or delivery
Provide consolidated visibility of group-wide IT and product roadmaps
Track and report IT spend related to OpCo initiatives, supporting budgeting and transparency
Act as an advisor to OpCo leadership on IT capabilities, service improvements, and strategic alignment
Requirements:
Experience in business partnering, stakeholder engagement, or service delivery within IT or technology-driven environments
Strong understanding of IT operations, product lifecycles, and project delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and align diverse teams
Experience working in multi-entity or federated business structures is highly desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
ITIL, Agile, or PRINCE2 certifications
Experience with service management or roadmap planning tools
