As a Business Recruiter, you will support the Deliveroo Commercial Functions across UKI, based in the London office where we're proud to offer flexible and hybrid working (3 days a week on-site). Supporting Recruitment for commercial hiring, you'll have previous experience sourcing niche talent, managing candidates and partners and evaluating technical and behavioural competencies against our Values.
Job Responsibility:
Hiring: Proactively manage the full life-cycle on mid-senior roles taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation
Process Improvement: With a focus on annual goals, you'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes
Data Driven: On the req level, you will present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights
Strategic & Business Partnership: A trusted partner to the business leadership, effectively influencing and consulting on recruitment priorities
DE&I: Proactively manage and build hiring solutions for the longer term that can help our wider organisation and leadership team foster a diverse and inclusive team
Requirements:
Experience as a Business Recruiter within Sales, Commercial & Marketing areas
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process across all levels of requisitions
Stakeholder management - experience successfully managing complex departments with a strategic focus
Confidence using data - experience utilising a variety of tools (i.e. Ashby Analytics & LinkedIn Talent Insights), to highlight trends and influence leadership teams decision-making
Nice to have:
any experience in Advertising being a significant plus
