As Addepar continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiting capabilities to support a broader range of commercial functions. We are seeking a Recruiter who can operate with agility and strategic insight as the talent profiles across Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and related teams continue to mature. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic mix of full-cycle searches and collaborative recruiting efforts. At times you will own a search end-to-end; at other times you may partner with another recruiter or provide targeted sourcing and top-of-funnel support for high-volume hiring needs. This flexible model allows us to meet the business where it is, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape GTM hiring strategy, build pipelines for emerging and evolving roles, and play a pivotal part in ensuring Addepar scales thoughtfully and sustainably.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected GTM roles
including Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product Specialists, and select Client Success roles
Flex between owning searches outright and supporting other recruiters with sourcing, screening, or volume support as business needs fluctuate
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for newly evolving roles across our commercial organization
Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview structures, and market positioning
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience with timely and transparent communication
Use market insights and data to inform search strategies, identify competitive talent pools, and influence hiring decisions
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teammates to enhance processes, optimize tools, and strengthen cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
Experienced GTM recruiter with full-cycle expertise hiring across Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops, Client Success, and other commercial roles
4+ years of sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies
Comfortable recruiting for complex and high-context roles, including quota-carrying sales talent and GTM technical skill sets
Strong communicator who can influence and partner effectively with senior leaders
Passionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and telling Addepar’s story with clarity and authenticity
Highly proactive, organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in an environment experiencing rapid change
Analytical and data-informed
able to use metrics to adjust sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
Works seamlessly across teams and values partnership, transparency, and elevating the overall recruiting function
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
