Job Description:

Are you an experienced project leadership professional looking to drive a high-impact ERP transformation? We are seeking a Business Readiness Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) value stream is fully prepared for a transition to SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. This is a unique opportunity to lead stakeholder engagement and process alignment within a large-scale, future-ready digital program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate existing EPPM value stream processes and execute action plans to close gaps for the SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the EPPM value stream to gather requirements, address concerns, and secure buy-in
  • Review change impact assessments to determine how the new system affects processes, roles, and responsibilities for cross-functional end-users
  • Partner with the training function to design and deliver tailored training programs, ensuring all users are confident in using the new system
  • Coordinate business resources for testing activities and develop UAT scenarios to validate end-to-end system functionality

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, EPPM/PMO management, business readiness, or ERP implementations
  • Proven leadership or delivery management experience specifically within the EPPM space, with strong stakeholder management success
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, IT, or a discipline aligned with EPPM and Shared Services
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to navigate complex environments, manage expectations, and drive consensus
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and dependencies in high-pressure environments
  • Must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights
