Job Description:

FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Business Readiness Implementation Manager to join our consulting team for a strategic engagement with a leading Insurance client. You will lead the business readiness and implementation of SAP Signavio, uplifting the division's Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Journey capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Signavio Implementation: Drive the rollout of SAP Signavio as the tool of choice for BPM and Customer Journeys
  • Business Readiness: Link operational processes to customer experience (CX), ensuring a smooth transition from iServer and mitigating process decay
  • Delivery Management: Execute the delivery plan, managing scope, sequencing, and trade-offs across complex business and tech workstreams
  • Governance & Standards: Establish clear ownership and governance frameworks enabled by modern AI-supported tooling (mining and analytics)
  • Process Redesign: Enable the redesign of workflows from the ground up to effectively shape and capture AI opportunities
  • Stakeholder Integration: Build deep relationships with business and technology leads to drive decisions, manage dependencies, and ensure high user adoption
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgeting and forecasting to ensure delivery stays within financial parameters

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a Senior Project Manager or Implementation Manager within the General Insurance industry
  • Proven hands-on experience as part of a team responsible for the implementation and delivery of SAP Signavio in a similar sized environment and ecosystem is non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated experience delivering diverse portfolios including business transformation and cultural change
  • Exceptional senior executive engagement skills with the ability to align diverse parties under tight timeframes
  • Ability to drive business-led solutions while navigating complex technology impacts and legacy system transitions
  • Strong judgement with the ability to provide practical support and apply design-thinking principles to process uplift
