Job Description:

Quality Assurance role within Institutional Credit Management's In-Business Quality Assurance function, verifying established standards and processes are followed for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise. The role involves quality assurance reviews to assess credit risk management quality and identify operational weaknesses.

Job Responsibility:

Support global strategy for Quality Assurance function
Provide effective credible challenge during Quality Assurance Reviews
Ensure wholesale credit risks are effectively identified and controlled
Execute consistent and objective assessments during QARs
Follow up on corrective actions from QARs
Conduct sustainability testing of corrective actions
Prepare quarterly Quality Assurance Scorecard Reports
Establish WCR IBQA policies and procedures
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry news
Support internal projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Quality Assurance/Credit Audit experience (5-7 years)
Banking/credit risk management/loan review background
Understanding of risk management and control frameworks
Knowledge of counterparty credit product structures
Credit analysis experience for large corporate and finance industries
Credit officer/analyst or operational credit risk background
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA) or related subject

Nice to have:

Versed in derivatives and structured investment products
Credit officer or analyst background with day-to-day credit functions experience
