Job Description:

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Business QA Lead in its Pune, India location. Responsibilities include collaborating with the business, conducting testing, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and advocating testing best practices. Requirements include proficiency in Arabic language testing, BFSI domain experience, and expertise in tools such as JIRA and ALM.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with the Business to understand Arabic requirements and translate them into test scenarios & test cases
Contribute to Test plan, Test strategy, Test case design and execution
Conduct functional, regression and UAT testing to validate the requirements
Identify and report defects, issues or discrepancies found during testing and effectively communicate to the relevant stake holders
Ensure the software complies with banking regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements
Advocate testing best practices, processes and tools and staying abreast with the latest industry trends
Excellent communication skills and effectively collaborating with clients and relevant stake holders

Requirements:

6 to 12 years of testing experience
Required Excellent communication skills in Arabic Reading, Writing and Speaking
Experience in Arabic language testing
Arabic Language expert
Extensive experience in UAT & Regression testing with good exposure in software quality test processes
Good experience in BFSI domain testing
Proficient in Test management Tools like JIRA / QC/ ALM
