The team leads strategy and delivery for executive and employee communications and organizational culture across CE&S, connecting employees to business priorities through globally scaled enablement networks and regionally relevant activation. We are seeking a Business Program Manager to lead regional execution for Asia, owning the regional operating model and translating enterprise-level priorities into scalable, high-impact culture activation. This role focuses on orchestrating execution across AI-enabled workflows and V-team structures to drive consistent delivery, employee engagement, and business outcomes across a complex and diverse region. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience

Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with regional responsibilities
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution plans
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to influence without authority
Experience in Employee Experience, Culture, HR, or community-based programs
Experience managing V-teams or cross-functional contributors
Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies (e.g., Copilot)
Demonstrated learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies
Experience supporting executive engagements or large-scale events
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives for regional and executive audiences
