The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) Asia team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a regional execution plan and driving operational excellence through the prism of enabling consistency, agility, and accountability. Our team drives cross-functional insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale. As a Business Program Manager in our Chief of Staff Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key rhythms of business across the organization. You will manage key operational systems—from maintaining org-wide distribution lists, org charts and overseeing the Asia SE&O portal, to project‑managing and coordinating All Hands, team meetings, field travels and events etc. You’ll operate as an essential extension of the Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless execution while helping the team pioneer Frontier Chief of Staff activities. Job Responsibility:
Support the rhythm of business by planning, coordinating, and tracking key operational processes, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met across the organization
Manage and maintain org‑wide distribution lists, communication channels, and internal information systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
Support team meetings, offsites and field travels including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and follow‑through on action items
Orchestrate quarterly town halls and other department‑wide events, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent employee experience
Oversee updates and content management of the department website and internal portals, ensuring information remains current, organized, and accessible
Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in operational workflows and introduce structured, repeatable solutions that improve clarity, predictability, and execution
Operate with high ownership and minimal supervision, managing routine and time‑sensitive tasks with reliability, discretion, and strong organizational rigor
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience
