Job Responsibility

  • Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including solution scope, design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder alignment and accountability
  • Support the development and execution of strategic programs, serving as a trusted partner to enable leadership decision-making and program excellence
  • Establish, track, and refine processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory policies while identifying opportunities for automation and adoption
  • Assist in defining program goals and priorities by translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project roadmaps to manage expectations, communicate plans, and coordinate resources
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, contributing insights and guidance to support successful outcomes
  • Deliver clear, strategic communications to diverse audiences, ensuring timely information sharing and feedback
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and monitoring, tracking potential impacts on program objectives
