Job Description

This role sits within the CE&S Chief of Staff Office, supporting the EVP & Chief Customer Experience Officer, and is part of the Communications & Culture team. The team leads strategy and delivery for executive and employee communications and organizational culture across CE&S, connecting employees to business priorities through globally scaled enablement networks and regionally relevant activation. We are seeking a Business Program Manager to lead regional execution for EMEA, owning the regional operating model and translating enterprise-level priorities into scalable, high-impact culture activation. This role focuses on orchestrating execution across AI-enabled workflows and V-team structures to drive consistent delivery, employee engagement, and business outcomes across a complex and diverse region.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and drive execution of the EMEA regional operating model for CE&S Culture
  • Drive alignment to FY27 priorities, ensuring consistent and scalable regional execution
  • Ensure execution is delivered through an AI-enabled, V-team-based model
  • Translate CE&S Culture strategy into EMEA-specific execution plans aligned to regional business priorities, workforce needs, and cultural context
  • Design and manage end-to end program workbacks, including milestones, deliverables, and ownership models
  • Ensure consistent delivery across markets while maintaining local relevance
  • Lead and enable cross-functional, skills-based V-teams as the primary execution engine across the region
  • Establish and drive clarity on roles, responsibilities, and accountability across communications, events, finance, partnerships, and community functions
  • Build capability and consistency across V-teams to deliver scalable culture programs
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to scale program delivery, communications, reporting, and operations
  • Oversee AI-driven workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment to CE&S standards

  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset to integrate emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • Several years of experience in program management, operational execution or process improvement, delivering initiatives with defined timelines and measurable outcomes
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with regional responsibilities
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ability to influence without authority
