As a Business Program Management Intern, you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts. The program's primary goal is to foster greater inclusion within both our organization and the broader community. Job Responsibility:
Event & Workshop Support: Assist in the execution of customer-facing technical workshops, webinars, and immersion sessions. This includes preparing invitations, managing logistics, supporting demo environments, and tracking attendee engagement and feedback
Technical Content Distribution: Share relevant technical content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, demos, product updates) with accounts via Microsoft-approved platforms. Ensure alignment with solution areas (AI, Security, Modern Work, Azure) and customer priorities
Opportunity Creation & Qualification: Support Solution Specialists and Technical Specialists in identifying and qualifying opportunities
Account Targeting & Insights: Collaborate with Account Teams to analyze targeting data, filter accounts using tools like MSX and Customer Insights, and surface whitespace opportunities to drive technical solution conversations
Pipeline Hygiene & Governance: Partner with opportunity owners to review pipeline health, validate technical stages (e.g., Proof of Concept, Technical Validation), and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Help identify stalled opportunities and escalate where needed
Reporting & Insights: Monitor performance metrics such as opportunity progression, conversion rates, and workshop impact. Generate reports through Power BI and internal dashboards to provide insights that support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and CRM systems to generate insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across technical and business functions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
