Job Description

Meta is seeking a Business Program Manager, Enterprise Sales to architect and execute the growth strategy for our Business Messaging (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and Enterprise AI portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales GTM, you will be the operational backbone of our enterprise sales motion. Your mission is to bring process rigor and program lifecycle management to global sales initiatives, driving velocity and revenue growth across our most critical enterprise clients cross channel. In this role, you will lead the execution of high-stakes strategic programs that define how Meta’s AI and messaging solutions are sold to and integrated by global enterprises. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—guiding cross-functional teams to ensure global sales readiness for global sales plays, AI product launches, API transitions, and high-value enterprise sales cycles.

Job Responsibility

By anticipating roadblocks and prepping the Enterprise Sales GTM lead for every interaction well in advance, you ensure they are never reactive, but always positioned to lead with clarity and intent
  • AI & Paid Messaging Executive Sponsor liaison: Oversee the complex project plans required to scale AI-powered business agents and paid messaging models (e.g., WhatsApp Business Platform) to aspirational global enterprise clients and partners
  • Sales Operational Frameworks: Collate, analyze sales operational needs and create recommendations for business requirements for sales processes and tools, (e.g CRM changes). Partner with enablement teams to create replicable processes and clear playbooks to drive adoption and scalable execution
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Ops to ensure the "right conversations" happen at the right altitude. Provide an objective, data-driven viewpoint to ensure sales plans meet desired business outcomes
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify critical interdependencies across the Enterprise ecosystem (ISVs, SIs, and Global Accounts). Proactively assess risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain sales momentum and prevent deal slippage
  • Sales Quality & Governance: Oversee program performance to ensure sales motions are optimized for performance, tracking progress against global revenue and adoption goals, monitor risks, gap to goal processes and flag themes for leadership discussion and intervention

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience within Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategic Planning—specifically within SaaS, Enterprise AI, or Cloud services
  • Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale business transformations from strategy to execution using structured program management frameworks
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven experience working with executive stakeholders (Director/VP level)
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of Enterprise sales/Commercial acumen
  • Agility: Experience maintaining organizational priorities in fast-growth environments characterized by high ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Communication: Exceptional skills in translating complex technical roadmaps and sales data into actionable, executive-level recommendations

  • Leadership: You have a proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams. You develop talent methodically — through joint selling, call reviews, pipeline coaching, and structured career paths — and have a history of promoting reps into senior roles.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: You have 6–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience, including at least 2–4 years in a management or player/coach capacity. You have personally closed or managed deals with $100K+ ACV, navigated multi-threaded stakeholder environments, and run long, complex sales cycles from discovery through procurement.
  • Builder Mentality: You are energized by ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook handed to you — you build the playbook. You’ve stood up enterprise motions from near-zero at a high-growth startup and know how to create structure without bureaucracy.
  • Technical Acumen: You can hold your own in a conversation with a VP of Engineering, Head of AI, or enterprise architect. You understand API-based products, the AI/ML infrastructure landscape, and how technical teams evaluate and procure developer tooling. You can translate complex capabilities into business value for both technical and executive buyers.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Rigor: You run tight forecasting processes. You use data to diagnose risk, coach reps, and communicate clearly to leadership. You are comfortable with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks and enforce them consistently.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: You partner fluidly with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. You translate field insights into product feedback, align on ICP with marketing, and ensure seamless handoffs post-close. You are a builder of systems, not just relationships.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on enterprise demand generation, ABM programs, and field event strategy
  • Partner with Product to surface enterprise requirements, influence the roadmap, and ensure our solution addresses the most critical customer pain points
