As a Business Program Management Intern, you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts. Job Responsibility:
Assists others in performing program landscape research and analysis
Helps improve operations of existing programs by helping apply industry methodology
Contributes to the direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise
Learns how to define and track the success criteria and performance metrics
Assists others working with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field. Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
Nice to have:
Displays stakeholder and relationship management across leaders, partners, and customers
Ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trends
Proficient verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
Demonstrated passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms
Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, or platforms (e.g., Copilot, agents, or similar)
