Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Handle inbound calls with a high level of attention, offering timely assistance and accurate information
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance organizational efficiency
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Create and maintain detailed workflows that optimize productivity and streamline tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments
Monitor and report on administrative metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for growth
Assist with document preparation, organization, and distribution to support various initiatives
Manage calendars effectively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to maximize efficiency
Analyze existing workflows, data, and controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Recent Bachelor's degree (or soon-to-be graduate) in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related strongly preferred
Proven experience in administrative assistance and coordination
Strong ability to answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Expertise in analyzing processes and developing actionable insights
Familiarity with creating workflows and optimizing standard operating procedures
