The Process Training Lead manages the design, development, and delivery of role-based process and system training across Victaulic’s global user community. This role partners with stakeholders across manufacturing, branch operations, supply chain, sales, customer care, quality, tools and rentals, fabrication, and finance to support consistent, effective process execution. The scope of training includes Victaulic’s mission-critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes and integrated systems, including but not limited to Infor M3, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and related applications. The Process Training Lead works closely with Victaulic IT and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to deliver accurate, engaging learning experiences that drive process adherence, system proficiency, skill development, and organizational performance. Using Victaulic-approved Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Learning & Development best practices, the Process Training Lead ensures users are prepared, engaged, and capable of effectively executing their roles.
