Monitor and manage business process platforms, identifying opportunities for introducing new processes and enhancing the existing to ensure continuous improvement is maintained and in line with bank policies / procedures and CBE / Compliance regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Document all relevant business processes around application support
Perform an ongoing analysis to evaluate existing business processes
Determine and identify improvement opportunities to business processes
Analyze and monitor implemented changes to processes
Present progress reports and integrating feedback to senior managers
Train employees on new or modified processes
Ensure that processes designed and implemented are in line with bank’s strategic objectives and goals
Ensure strict compliance of divisional policies, standards and procedures in development of new processes
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in computer science or IT related subjects from a reputable University
1-3 years of experience in IT industry preferably in Banking with solid experience in system analysis, development, testing, implementation and support
Strong knowledge of development methodologies
Sufficient Knowledge of IT infrastructure in banking industry and applications security
