We are recruiting a Business Process Partner for the Capability Area, reporting to the Capability Area Manager. Our team is based in Älmhult, Sweden. Job Responsibility
Lead or support development initiatives, projects, pilots and implementation of new capabilities, tools, methods or guidelines
Identify capability gaps, business needs, priorities and development opportunities together with key stakeholders
Translate business and operational needs into clear frameworks, processes, methods and ways of working
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to connect roadmap and development initiatives with solutions that balance people, process, data and technology
Secure alignment and adoption by involving stakeholders and teams across IMC and the wider IKEA value chain
Research and analyse global best practices, benchmarks and emerging developments relevant to content production and capability building
Follow up on ongoing initiatives, measure progress and adjust solutions to improve scalability, quality, efficiency and long-term usability
Requirements
Experience and ability across content production, capability development, digital awareness, stakeholder collaboration and change adoption
Experience from content production, studio operations or similar creative production environments, including planning, execution or development
Understanding of emerging creative technologies such as AI, 3D, automation or digital content pipelines, and how they impact workflows, roles and future competence needs
Ability to identify capability gaps and translate business or operational needs into practical improvements in ways of working, processes, tools or methods
Experience leading or supporting development initiatives from idea or pilot to implementation, adoption and measurable improvement
Strong cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to align creative, production, technology and business perspectives around clear outcomes
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, with evidence of improving workflows, scaling content production or increasing quality and efficiency
Clear communication skills, curiosity and a learning mindset, with the ability to make complex topics simple and actionable for different audiences
Nice to have
Deeper experience in change management or implementation support for new ways of working
Knowledge of data, insights or performance follow-up that can support continuous improvement and decision-making
Exposure to working in global or matrix organisations, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and perspectives
