Job Description

Analyze, design, and improve sales and service relevant processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals. Support the content quality of company process maps by conducting process analysis, performing searches within global governance groups, and engaging in discussions with process owners. Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and standardization within focused business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to streamline end-to-end workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Promote BPM best practices and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and training. Lead initiatives to upskill teams in BPM methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN). Implement process governance within focused business processes and maintain process flow consistency and scalability. Track and report relevant KPIs, providing actionable insights. Use process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis) for performance monitoring and improvement. Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on focused workstream initiatives. Lead workshops and meetings to map and improve current processes. Partner with IT to integrate BPM tools with ERP, CRM and other supportive IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in BPM or I2D process management
  • Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Signavio)
  • Familiarity with process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in I2D or other supply chain, factory relevant areas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Travel is expected
