Job Description:

We want to improve how administration sessions of one of our key brands are scheduled for maximum efficiency of patients’ inflow and optimal hospital staff management. While maximizing the hospital capacity utilization. This medicine has a flexible posology and requires frequent hospital visits with different frequencies. This creates a logistical challenge for hospitals and their staff. We believe a flexible and customizable Excel Model could help us achieve this goal.

Job Responsibility:

Understand the requirements, parameters, and posology of the product
Develop an Excel model that would propose optimal ways to schedule patients’ sessions based on the different parameters
The job would require only internal meetings with Medical, Sales and Marketing colleagues

Requirements:

Deep MS Excel knowledge including Macros Development
Analytical Skills
(Business) Problem Solving Skills
Fluent in English
Dutch and French are a plus
Logistics/operations experience is a plus
Engineering and/or computer science is a plus
Business Acumen is a plus

Nice to have:
