The Business Process Excellence & Communications Specialist plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and employee engagement.This role combines process excellence expertise with strong communication skills to improve how we work and how we connect. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardize best practices, and strengthen collaboration, while creating communication campaigns that bring transformation to life for employees worldwide.
Job Responsibility:
Create and deliver engaging internal communication campaigns, events, and content that support transformation initiatives
Build clear and consistent communication plans that promote transparency, alignment, and understanding
Partner with leadership to communicate priorities, celebrate progress, and strengthen employee engagement
Translate technical or process information into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences
Support change management through targeted communication and effective storytelling
Lead and support cross‑functional projects focused on process optimization, efficiency, and standardization
Apply Lean and continuous improvement tools to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results
Collaborate with automation and service delivery teams to scale and sustain best practices
Develop and maintain process frameworks, standards, and governance models that support operational excellence
Act as a connector between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth collaboration
Build strong relationships with operational and business teams to ensure initiatives are practical, relevant, and aligned with real needs
Requirements:
Skills in graphic design or video editing (Adobe, Acrobat, Canva)
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish—clear, creative, and persuasive
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word
High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in project coordination, planning, and leading cross‑functional teams
Interest in continuous improvement
2+ years of experience in business/process improvement or communications in a Shared Service Center
