The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform Business Architect will recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPE's Sales Experience strategy and focus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities
  • Build relationships across business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams
  • Recommend best-in-class SFDC solutions for customers and partners
  • Interface with cross functional teams such as IT, vendors, marketing, business units, and global functions
  • Oversee appropriate use of customer and sales data for customer and business decisions
  • Provide reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption
  • Support management and execution of SFDC platform processes
  • Support Release Management process throughout all phases from scope through delivery, validation and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
