The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform Business Architect will recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPE's Sales Experience strategy and focus.
Job Responsibility:
Recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities
Build relationships across business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams
Recommend best-in-class SFDC solutions for customers and partners
Interface with cross functional teams such as IT, vendors, marketing, business units, and global functions
Oversee appropriate use of customer and sales data for customer and business decisions
Provide reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption
Support management and execution of SFDC platform processes
Support Release Management process throughout all phases from scope through delivery, validation and support
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 10+ years experience
Strong analytical and systems thinking to identify interdependencies across processes
Ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes
Focus on platform efficiency, avoiding excessive customization to preserve storage and performance
Skilled in managing release cycles and translating business needs into platform solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salesforce Certifications
Broad range of industry knowledge and experience of technology roadmaps
Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
Master level knowledge of Salesforce.com roadmaps and capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI offerings
Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems
Proven track record of delivering innovation within CRM – SFDC
Extensive experience in delivering process and operational improvements in CRM – SFDC
Proven experience presenting complex platform issues, impact and solutions at the leadership level
