Job Description:

The permanent opportunity for a Business Process Analyst, will pay a salary range of $ 5,000 - $ 5,500 plus benefits. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangement.

Job Responsibility:

Leverage expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization to drive operational excellence
Collaborate with business units to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to existing business processes
Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to gather requirements and define optimized workflows
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other methodologies
Partner with IT teams to align process improvements with system enhancements (SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM tools)
Ensure alignment with corporate governance, compliance, and quality standards
Develop documentation and SOPs to support re-engineered processes
Support change management efforts and provide training to end-users post-implementation
Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of improvements and identify further opportunities

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, process improvement, or business analysis
Strong knowledge of SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) – FICO, MM, SD preferred
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, especially in multicultural or matrix environments
