Our Vancouver-based government client is looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to drive the success of an impactful and fast-paced project. Job Responsibility:

  • Understand the existing challenges and business requirements related to work management and infrastructure asset management planning using software system
  • Document and consolidate improved business processes to streamline work management and infrastructure asset management planning
  • Review and improve data quality for selected dataset(s) in EAM
  • Support internal and external resources to develop working prototypes of

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 5 or more years of business system analysis experience working with HxGN EAM software system
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with the integration between HxGN EAM and other enterprise software (e.g. GIS, FMS, HR)
  • Thorough knowledge of problem definition and analysis related to business processes and systems planning
  • Considerable knowledge of information technology components, processes and developments related to the work performed
  • Considerable knowledge of the functions of departments served and their requirements in information technology
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
