Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Operational Excellence, Controlling, Audit, Consulting or similar business function
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Russian - a strong plus, but not mandatory
Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, IDEF, EPC) and BPM tools (Bizagi, ARIS, etc.)
Ability to work with data, KPIs and process metrics to assess effectiveness and financial impact
Strong analytical skills, good understanding of how business processes influence cost, performance and customer outcomes
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Job Responsibility

Analyzing business performance of key operational and commercial processes, identifying cost drivers, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Preparing data-driven recommendations supporting management decisions and efficiency goals
Modeling and optimizing business processes across operational, sales and supporting departments
Running process reviews and verifying compliance with internal standards to ensure consistent execution across countries
Cooperating closely with business owners to standardize workflows and strengthen process governance
Preparing clear AS-IS / TO-BE documentation and business rules for daily operations
Supporting definition and monitoring of process-related KPIs and workload levels to optimize resource allocation
Participating in projects focused on operational excellence, process harmonization and cost efficiency
