Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex, process-driven environment across multiple regions. The business is currently undergoing transformation, with a strong focus on improving core processes and evolving its application landscape. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure that systems and processes align with business needs. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong emphasis on functional process improvement rather than technical development or system configuration.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and support implementation of improved (TO-BE) processes
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and application teams
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support system changes, enhancements, and implementations
  • Ensure business applications effectively support operational workflows

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and operational workflows
  • Experience working with ERP systems or complex application landscapes
  • Comfortable operating in complex, evolving system environments, including system implementations or migrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional improvements across systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, or similar)

Nice to have

  • JD Edwards is a plus (but NOT a requirement)
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOx) is a plus
