Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex, process-driven environment across multiple regions. The business is currently undergoing transformation, with a strong focus on improving core processes and evolving its application landscape. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, improving, and optimising business processes across key functional areas. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure that systems and processes align with business needs. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong emphasis on functional process improvement rather than technical development or system configuration.
Job Responsibility:
Analyse and map current (AS-IS) business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Design and support implementation of improved (TO-BE) processes
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and application teams
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support system changes, enhancements, and implementations
Ensure business applications effectively support operational workflows
Requirements:
Experience as a Business Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role
Strong understanding of process improvement and operational workflows
Experience working with ERP systems or complex application landscapes
Comfortable operating in complex, evolving system environments, including system implementations or migrations
Ability to translate business needs into functional improvements across systems
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, or similar)
Nice to have:
JD Edwards is a plus (but NOT a requirement)
Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOx) is a plus
