Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing business performance of key operational and commercial processes, identifying cost drivers, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Preparing data-driven recommendations supporting management decisions and efficiency goals
  • Modeling and optimizing business processes across operational, sales and supporting departments
  • Running process reviews and verifying compliance with internal standards to ensure consistent execution across countries
  • Cooperating closely with business owners to standardize workflows and strengthen process governance
  • Preparing clear AS-IS / TO-BE documentation and business rules for daily operations
  • Supporting definition and monitoring of process-related KPIs and workload levels to optimize resource allocation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Operational Excellence, Controlling, Audit, Consulting or similar business function
  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Russian - a strong plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, IDEF, EPC) and BPM tools (Bizagi, ARIS, etc.)
  • Ability to work with data, KPIs and process metrics to assess effectiveness and financial impact
  • Strong analytical skills, good understanding of how business processes influence cost, performance and customer outcomes
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have:

Russian - a strong plus, but not mandatory
