Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Process Analyst to support documentation and analysis of core GTM, operational, and systems workflows across the business. In this role, you will partner with Systems Engineers, Technical Product Managers, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to create accurate, scalable, and well-structured process documentation that supports systems transformation, operational efficiency, and AI readiness initiatives. Securely move, manage, and transform data to power analytics, operations, and AI at scale. The work is highly cross-functional and requires someone who can quickly absorb information, ask thoughtful questions, synthesize large amounts of feedback, and maintain high quality documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong process mapping and visualization skills, especially in Lucidchart, are critical for success in this role. This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland or Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
