Job Description:

As a Business Process Analyst, you will act as a consultant to the business, identifying opportunities to modernize and optimize how work gets done. This role is not just about documentation; it is about execution. You will leverage your technical toolkit—specifically SQL and Power BI—to analyze operational performance, uncover bottlenecks, and advocate for meaningful change. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that process improvements align with broader organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process Architecture: Conduct deep-dive reviews of existing workflows and create comprehensive documentation for 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' states
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize SQL to extract operational data and Power BI to visualize performance trends and inefficiencies
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to capture requirements and identify pain points
  • Strategic Improvement: Develop and support actionable recommendations for operational improvements that reduce waste and increase output
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor progress against defined project objectives and report on the effectiveness of implemented deliverables

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operational improvement, or business consulting
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL (data extraction/manipulation) and Power BI (dashboarding and reporting)
  • Core Competencies: Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and time management abilities

Nice to have:

  • Tools: Proficiency in Process Mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio)
  • Project Management: Experience in project coordination or exposure to Change Management frameworks
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, BPMP (Business Process Management Professional), or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are considered strong assets
What we offer:
  • High-Visibility Execution: Your work will directly impact enterprise-level initiatives, providing significant exposure to senior leadership
  • Professional Growth: Access to a continuous learning environment within a team that prioritizes the adoption of new technologies and methodologies
  • Innovative Environment: Work within a forward-thinking, technology-focused culture that values agility and creative problem-solving
  • Impact-Driven Culture: Move beyond theoretical planning to see your recommendations implemented and tracked in real-time
