Job Description:

The Senior Program Manager for OpsRamp / HPE Bundle Activation owns end-to-end customer activation and onboarding execution for all bundled customers across HPE hardware and OpsRamp SaaS. This role is responsible for ensuring that customers who purchase bundles activate, onboard, and realize value, by proactively tracking every customer, identifying friction points, and driving resolution across Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. This is a cross-functional execution role at the intersection of GTM, services delivery, and SaaS onboarding, with direct impact on attach realization, time-to-value, adoption, and expansion. This role is foundational to turning OpsRamp + HPE bundles from sold products into activated, adopted, and expanding customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work cross functionally with service delivery teams and business units to ensure faster Activation / Onboarding / tracking / issue management, Ownership
  • Program management and Cross functional execution
  • Reinforcement of unification of Hardware & SaaS lifecycle
  • Overall project tracking, including data and accounts tracking
  • Operational visibility and Reporting and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in program management, operations, deep knowledge of go-to-market, customer onboarding, and services delivery
  • Strong experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Background in SaaS, and infrastructure
  • Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization and get results
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and operational data
  • Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive ready communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills, including partnering and team building, conflict resolution.
  • Customer first mentality, customer experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of HPE services is preferred
