Change leads and oversees transformational change initiatives at Barclays. Your role will involve managing projects and programs that drive strategic improvements and ensure successful implementation of change across the organization. In this role, you will join the IBCO Business Management team, playing a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the function. The role has a strong business management and BAU focus, covering financial planning, hiring oversight, resource and vendor management, and performance tracking against targets.

Requirements:
A sound understanding of financial management, including how teams operate from a financial planning and control perspective
Strong data management skills, with advanced Excel capability and confidence working with data to track performance, trends, and targets
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build effective working relationships
Nice to have:
Experience in forecasting, financial modelling, and outlook planning, supporting informed decision-making
