Job Responsibility:

  • Take on a pivotal role managing frontline incentive programs and portfolio tracking within the employee banking division
  • Manage and refine incentive frameworks and scorecards for frontline sales teams
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the corporate client portfolio
  • Deliver accurate periodic reporting to senior business leaders on sales metrics
