Job Responsibility:

  • Take on a highly influential leadership role to steer the company's future direction, covering corporate strategy, performance planning, and business analytics
  • Spearhead the annual business planning and projection of key company financials
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management to define the future path for expansion, recruitment, and resourcing
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial patterns to provide insights and propose countermeasures for KPI delivery
  • Develop presentation materials on the annual business plan and strategic actions for the Board and Management Committee

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in the insurance, financial institution, or financial advisory sector
  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management, or organizational transformation
  • Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management to drive strategic and business discussions
