Job Description:

Business Performance Manager role in the Energy Customer Solutions team, driving financial insight, cost efficiency, and performance across the energy value chain. Acts as the financial and analytical backbone of the Strategy team, overseeing rolling forecasts, budgeting, cost-to-serve modeling, and profitability tracking.

Job Responsibility:

Lead monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets (Revenue, OpEx, CapEx, Margin)
Guide the team in delivering comprehensive financial performance packs for leadership
Monitor and analyze key cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements
Develop and maintain dashboards to track critical operational and commercial KPIs
Build financial models to simulate business cases, pricing strategies, cost shocks, and hedging implications
Partner with Finance, Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams to drive coordinated performance improvement
Utilize SAP for financial data extraction and Power BI/Tableau for reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Master's degree will be considered a plus
5+ years of proven experience in a performance, finance, or analytics-related role
Strong understanding of the energy market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' strategic goals and provide value-driven solutions
Results-oriented and highly organized, with strong time and priority management skills
