Join our Performance Management team. You will join our dynamic Performance Management team of 8 colleagues within the Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with group performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales and cost analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation. As a trusted partner to the business, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that support key decisions at senior management level.

Job Responsibility

  • Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
  • Complete sales reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
  • Work on quarterly forecasts and business actions
  • Optimise, automate and streamline our performance processes
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting the organisation
  • Participate in financial and commercial projects when needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance, business or similar
  • 2-4 years of experience from a similar analytical/financial role
  • Strong personal drive and eagerness to learn
  • Thrive in a team environment and able to work independently
  • Speak and write English fluently
