Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the primary business-facing partner for AI, automation, enterprise services and shared business applications across the Group
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities
  • Managing and co-ordinating the intake, assessment and prioritisation of new initiatives and business demand
  • Translating business needs into clear problem statements, requirements and well-defined proposals for delivery
  • Developing business cases and value propositions for AI, automation and enterprise application initiatives
  • Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and define requirements
  • Working closely with technology teams to ensure business demand is clearly understood and ready for delivery
  • Supporting the transition of approved initiatives into delivery, ensuring requirements, assumptions and dependencies are well defined
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation and shared technology solutions
  • Supporting user acceptance testing, pilot programmes, training, communications and adoption activities to maximise business value
  • Tracking and reporting on business outcomes, benefits realisation and the success of implemented solutions
  • Collaborating with technology partners and suppliers to understand emerging capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Business Partner, Product, Strategy or technology-focused role working across business and technical teams
  • Strong experience gathering, analysing and communicating business requirements
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple departments or business functions
  • Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, enterprise application or business change initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear and actionable solutions
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive positive outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience working with AI, automation, enterprise SaaS applications or shared service environments
  • Knowledge of demand management, portfolio prioritisation, business case development or benefits realisation methodologies
  • Experience working across multiple business units, divisions or group structures
  • Understanding of governance, risk, compliance or responsible AI principles
