Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance. We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive team player to support our Business Operations Team. You’ll help ensure top-quality output, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of all business outputs
  • Ensure timely and compliant document preparation, cash handling, and banking (if applicable)
  • Respond to internal and external communications professionally
  • Identify and report trends or risks from quality checks and suggest improvements
  • Assist in training and developing team members
  • Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and adherence to all policies including Data Protection, AML, and TCF
  • Promote awareness and compliance with information security protocols
  • Build strong working relationships across teams
  • Take ownership of personal development and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support the Business Operations Team Leader in daily branch operations
