Job Description

This position supports the business by contacting provider offices regarding invoices that have been paid but where medical charts have not yet been received. The role helps ensure timely chart retrieval and supports overall operational and compliance goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Contact provider offices regarding outstanding chart requests and paid invoices
  • Handle collection-style outreach professionally and efficiently
  • Navigate Salesforce and reporting systems to document activity and updates
  • Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Maintain strong productivity and follow-up metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service during provider interactions
  • Analyze and adapt to new processes quickly
  • Manage daily outreach and follow-up activities independently

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Prior call center experience
  • Comfortable making outbound collection-style calls
  • Strong Excel and system navigation skills
  • Self-motivated and production-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Friendly and professional communication style
